Chris is a Senior Vice President who partners with institutional investors to help achieve their tailored investment objectives, leveraging Wilshire's expertise across manager research, client solutions, private markets, and client solutions. He works closely with institutional investors (public plans, insurance companies, corporate plans, and nonprofits) to educate them about the benefits of outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) services. He is a frequent contributor at conferences on topics such as OCIO, alternatives investing, ESG, and cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

Chris brings 18 years of investment experience as an OCIO, investment consultant, and manager researcher. Prior to joining Wilshire, he held multiple senior roles

with Aon, Mercer, and Cambridge Associates. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and holds a Series 65 FINRA license.
