Timothy is head of Outsourced CIO T(OCIO) for Multi-Asset

Solutions (MAS) within Asset Management, serving as a lead portfolio manager focused on multi-asset solutions for institutional clients. He is a member of the MAS Investing Core. MAS provides multi- asset class products and solutions for institutional and individual investors, focusing on customized asset allocation, tactical implementation, risk management and portfolio construction.

Timothy joined Goldman Sachs in 2013 as a vice president and was named managing director in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Willis Towers Watson as an actuarial consultant focusing on asset- liability strategy and risk management for defined benefit pension plans.

Timothy is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

Timothy earned a BMath in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo in 2005. He is a CFA charterholder.
